Arcanum is a narrative context engine. It takes in what clients write and keeps the story of each one in one place, so whoever is selling knows who they are dealing with before they reply.
The point is to take in more of what clients say, and to sell more.

Arcanum Desk
It reads the messages a salesperson receives, by email and by WhatsApp, works out what each person is actually asking for and what it is worth, and writes the reply.
The salesperson checks the reply and sends it themselves. Nothing is ever sent automatically.

Client data
The desk and its database run in Frankfurt. The model that reads each message runs in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Client data is never used to train anything. Before any work begins, you receive a data processing agreement and the list of subprocessors.
